Obituary of Evelyn Babeth Pollett
Passed peacefully away on Friday, December 31, 2004 at the J.I. O'Connell Centre, Evelyn Pollett at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her husband George and son Walwyn. Leaving to mourn: special friend and companion Claude Bath; sons: Ray (Margaret), Bernard, Charlottetown, PEI, Earl (Ruth), St. John's; daughter-in-law Vangie; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation took place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., and Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon. The funeral service will take place Monday, January 3rd at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Temple, O'Connell Drive. Majors Gary and Sharon Cooper officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Receiving Chapel. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations graciously accepted to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
