Mary Amelia James Hancock Forteau NL September 27 1932-March 15 2020 It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Mary A Hancock announce her passing on March 15 2020 at the Forteau Labrador Health Clinic at the age of 87 years. She will be forever missed and loved by her children: Faye (Keith Foster), Cecil Hancock (Beryl), Peggy (Dwight Howell). 5 grandchildren: Amy, Meghan, Kylee, Bryan and Dustin. 2 great grand-children, Ava and Maddison; brother, Norman James (Mabel), nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. She was pre-deceased by husband Edward: parents Belinda & Thomas James; Brother William and Niece Adele James. Their family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff at the Forteau Labrador Health Clinic for their exceptional care of their Mom during her illness. Family Service will take place Monday March 16 2020 at 7:30 PM at the St. Peter’s Anglican Church Forteau. The funeral service will take place Tuesday March 17 2020 at 2:30 PM with the Rev Nath Larkin officiating. Interment in the church cemetery will take place following the service. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Forteau Ladies Hospital Auxiliary.
