LEONARD JOSEPH FORMANGER MAINLAND, NL JULY 1, 1940 – MARCH 11, 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Leonard Formanger announce his passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the age of 68 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ethel; one son Lenny (Joannie) of Stephenville; his mother Rita Formanger of Stephenville; his grandson Jamie Snook and two very special great-grand children Cassidy and Colton Woods of West Bay; brothers: Don, Black Duck Brook, Norman (Anne), Black Duck Brook, Ricky (Marty), Piccadilly, Bernie, Point-au-Mal; sisters: Lorraine (Gussie), Three Rock Cove, Lavern (Eddie), Three Rock Cove, Linda, Stephenville, Regina, Stephenville as well a large circle of friends and relatives. He was predeceased by his father Francis; brothers Johnny Hughie, Leo; sister Margarite; and one very special granddaughter Robin Woods. Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium in Pasadena. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish with Father Ed Terry officiating. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
