Obituary of Julia Kennedy

It is with heavy hearts that the families of Julia Kennedy announces her passing at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre Port Saunders on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the age of 91 years.  She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Gertrude (Eric) Hynes, Sylvia (Roy) Hynes, Joseph (Elizabeth), Donald (Juanita), Kevin (Darlene), David (Delores), Phillip, Robert (Shawna), & Jeffrey (Denis); grandchildren: Jason,Tim, Donald Jr, Logan, Shane, Shannon, Shaunda, Shawn, Crystal, Darren, Morgan, Grant, Barry, Matthew, Natasha, Damien, Jenny, Dominic, Phillip Jr, Randy, Courtney, Krista, & Melissa; great grandchildren: Jade, Hannah, Riley, Jaxson, Sophia, Chase, Grace, Shane, Joshua, Brianna, Keithan, Christopher, London, Reagan, Bryce, Taryn, Noah, Alyssa, Brailee, Lily & Amie; great-great grandchildren: Oliver & Haven; Siblings: Frank (Eileen), Gertrude, Vincent (Olive), Norbert (Lauren), Ben (Audrey); as well as a large number of extended family and friends.  She was predeceased by husband Kevin; son Barry; grandson Joshua; parents Francis (Frank) & Lucy (Gaulton) Genneaux; sisters: Agnes, Susan & Loraine; brothers: Edgar, Stanley, Charles & Patrick.  

Visitation will be held at St. Joseph's RC Church Port Saunders on Saturday 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM; Sunday 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM officiated by Father A. Raj; followed with cremation at Fillatre's Crematorium, as per the family wishes.   Interment will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made In Memorium to The Rufus Guinchard Health Centre directly or via email address for e-transfers at jbk.keppel@gmail.com; messages of condolence to the family may be made on this website.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre Funeral Homes Ltd. Port au Choix.
