Passed away peacefully at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Friday, January 16th, 2009, Joyce Mildred MacArthur, at the age of 68 years. She was the daughter of the late Frank Kendell and the late Ada Penney. She was predeceased by her brothers: Robert and Lewis Kendell. She leaves to mourn her children Lisa MacArthur, Michelle Martin (Carl); 3 grandchildren: Joey, Rachel and Heidi; sisters: Ruth Reid and Margaret Reynolds; brothers: Lawrence and Winston Kendell, and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. She was a wonderful mother, sister and friend. We will all miss her more than words can say. The Funeral Service took place at Holy Trinity Church in Codroy Valley, on Tuesday, January 20th at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Peter Boote officiated. Cremation followed at Humber Valley Crematorium in Pasadena. As expressions of sympathy, flowers were graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques.
