Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 31st, 2008 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Howard Dyke at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Howard N.R. Dyke (Julie), Winnipeg, MB; sister Norma, brother Eugene, mother-in-law Mrs. Sylvia Applin, Corner Brook; special friends: Joan Penney Flynn, Pasadena, Martin and Bernadine Wiseman, Pasadena and Harrison and Josie Applin, Curling, as well as other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Dyke, December 19th, 2008, parents Norman and Jedidah Dyke. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Granting his wishes there will be no visitation or formal service. As expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bay of Islands SPCA. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
