MARION SUTHERLAND Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marion Sutherland announce her sudden passing on Sunday, December 28th, 2008 at the G.B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville, at the age of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by her two sons: David (Kathy), Invermere, BC. and Steven (Jo-Anne), Clarenville; two grandchildren: Robyn Sutherland, Clarenville and Sabrina Greene, Ontario; brothers: Ron Knee (Annie), Woody Point, Levi Knee (Daisy), Corner Brook; sisters: Glenneth Simms, Corner Brook, Lucy Zimmerman, Georgia, USA, Alma Jeffs (Gerry), Ontario, sister and best friend, Sue Pike (Max), Corner Brook, Barbara Hoskins (John), Corner Brook; sister-in-law: Doreen Knee, Ontario, and other relatives abroad. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Larry; parents: David and Dorcas Knee; brother: William; brothers-in-law: Gideon Simms and Eugene Zimmerman; sister-in-law: Joan Knee. Granting her wishes, cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 1st, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue. Major Frank Johnson officiating. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Food Bank.
