DELILAH HELENA SHARPE Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Delilah Sharpe announce her passing on Monday, December 22nd, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 79 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Peggy (Bill) Esler; sons: David Sharpe and Jimmy Sharpe ; grandchildren: Patty (Curtis) Chafe, Lucy Sharpe, James Sharpe and Katie Hamshere; great-grandchildren: Alixie Hunnersen Chafe, Jacob Chafe and Cole Chafe; as well as a brother: (Red) Gregory McKay, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Donald, January 1, 2006; sons: Larry, Paul and Geoff. At Delilah’s request, cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium . There will be no visitation or funeral service. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, P.O. Box 734, Corner Brook, NL A2H 6G7.
