SUSAN M FUDGE Interfaith Home Corner Brook, NL Passed away peacefully at the Interfaith Seniors Home, surrounded by her loving family, Susan Fudge (nee Galliott) on Thursday, December 18th , 2008 in her 95th year. She leaves to mourn, and also express thanks for her long and fruitful life, her sons: Fred (Ena), Corner Brook, Derek (Jill), Nepean, ON ; daughters: Sylvia (Frank Ryan), Corner Brook, Jean (Archie Mills), Corner Brook, Phyllis (Lawrence Diamond), St. John’s and Paulette, Steady Brook; grandchildren: Susan Ryan Sommerville, Michael Ryan, Cindy Cunningham, Jennifer Mills-Stright, Joanne Mills-Schumph, Fred Diamond, Paul Diamond, Nancy Diamond-Herdman, Michael Fudge, Jim Fudge, Cathy Fudge-Jennings, Megan, Amy and Sarah Kennedy, Stephen Fudge; 13 great grandchildren, as well as large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Baxter (1969), son David (1988) and grandson Brian (2005). Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 21st, at 2:00 p.m. from the First United Church, Park Street. Reverend Dr. Wayne Cole officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Church Restoration Fund or to the Interfaith Home for Seniors.
