It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Winters announce his passing on November 11, 2018, at the age of 40 years. He will be greatly missed by his children: Jolene, Julia, Jacey, Jasmine; parents: Viola Winters and Daniel Leblanc; brother: Matthew Winters; sister: Crystal Winters as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents: Albert and Mary Ann Winters.
