ADAM JOSEPH YOUNG ST. GEORGE’S, NL OCTOBER 18, 1966 - OCTOBER 19, 2008 It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Adam Young announce his passing at his family residence in St. George’s on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the age of 42 years. He leaves to mourn his mother Clara Mae Young; sisters: Rose Correa (Eddie), Jean Muise, Maisie Edwards (Garth), Germaine Gilliam (Helmond), Mary Young (David Blanchard), Bertha King (Allan), Bernice Young (Richard Legge),Doreen Young; brothers: Howard Young, Nickie Young (Josephine), Gerry Young, Raymond Young (Regina Muise), Leonard Young, Larry Young; special friend Roger Messervey, St. George’s as well as other family and friends. He was predeceased by his father William Young and sister Mildred (Cook) Harris. Visitation will take place from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, St. George’s on Tuesday beginning at 2:00 p.m. from where the Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
