ARDEN MCLEAN June 11, 1945 - August 29, 2008 Barachois Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arden McLean announce his sudden passing on Friday, August 29th , 2008 at the age of 63 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Joan; daughter: Trudy and fiancee Mike Blanchard, Barachois Brook; son: Perry Bennett, Brampton, ON; grandchildren: Morgan Blanchard and Brittany Bennett; sister: Vivian (Frank) White, Cold Brook; step-sisters: Dianne (John) Tobin and Christine McLean, Barachois Brook; step-brothers: Charles McLean, Howley, Hughie (Elizabeth) McLean, Barachois Brook, Bill McLean, Barachois Brook, Darrell McLean, Stephenville and Carter McLean, Barachois Brook; five nieces, nine nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Lockie and Sarah McLean and brother, Walter Bennett. Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday morning, 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd, at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery. Reverend Canon Karen Laldin officiating.
