It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stella May Wheeler announce her passing on Sunday, October 31st, 2004 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 74. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories: her husband of 51 years, Chester; four children: Christine Vivian (Ross), Kitchener, ON, Gordon Wheeler (April), York Harbour, Herman Wheeler and Eugene Wheeler (Bobbi-Sue), both of Dartmouth, NS; daughter-in-law Joan Wheeler, Bathurst, NB; grandchildren: Colin Wheeler, Ian Wheeler, Cathy Wheeler, Angel Wheeler, Calla Traverse, Jessica Wheeler, Morgan Wheeler, Brandi Wheeler and Samantha Wheeler; sister, Ivy Bugden (Martin); brother, Hector Young (Stella); sister-in-law Stella Young and numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Elizabeth Young; children: Wayne and Farron Wheeler; brother, William Young and grandchild Randy Wheeler. Friends may visit St. James Anglican Church, Lark Harbour, Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., followed by the funeral service Wednesday, November 3rd at 2:00 p.m., The Reverend Nellie Thomas officiating, with the interment at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church or the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
