Passed away Thursday, August 30th, 2007 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook GEORGE ALBERT DELUNEY in his 87th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 59 years Angela and his 5 children Mary Wells (Lou), Mike Deluney (Linda), Judy Park, Loretta Brake (Edward), Debbie Garcia (Daniel); grandchildren: Louie Wells (Ruth), Janice Wells (Scott Pennell), Tim Deluney, Gene Deluney, Joe Deluney, Lee Park, George Deluney, Eddie Brake, April Brake; great grandchildren: Caitlin Garcia, Cody Wells, Victoria & Taylor Deluney, Ashley Park, Jasmin Brake, Courtney Wells, Brooklyn Woods, Kelsey Pennell; brother Cecil Deluney (Katie) as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, September 3rd at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street Father Bernard Buckle officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the O’Connell Centre.
