It is with great sadness that the family of the late Maxwell (Max) McLean announce his passing on Saturday, April 12th, 2008 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 82 years. He will be sadly missed by his children: Joan, Maxine (Terry), Shari (Gerry), Carl (Bobbi) and Bob (Kristen), grandchildren: Brad (Tamara), Terri, Allison, Catherine, Colin, Victoria, Cole, Emma and great-grandson Jackson. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Ethel, daughter Victoria, mother May, father Murdock, brothers Clarence and Robert, sister Merle. Friends may visit the United Church in North West River on Monday from the hours of 6-8 PM from where a service of Remembrance will take place on Tuesday, April 15th at 2:00 PM. Interment to be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Labrador Heritage Society, P.O. Box 99 North West River, NL A0P 1M0.
