It is with great sadness that the family of the late ELMER JOYCE announce his sudden passing on Sunday June 3rd, 2007 at his family residence. He will be sadly missed by his sisters: Louise (Alan) Darrigan, Rhoda (Charles) Prosper; brothers: Mark (Maisie), Lorne (Martha), Wayde (Melina), Garland (Vera), Ross (Helen), Warren (Bernice); godson Brian Joyce, sister-in-law Melinda Joyce as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Sarah Joyce, Feb 16, 1981, George Joyce, Sr. Feb 11, 1999, Brother George Joyce Jr. March 1, 1991. The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 7th at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Lark Harbour Reverend Nellie Thomas officiating, followed by the interment at the church cemetery. Friends may visit St. James Church Tuesday 7-9 p.m. & Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to St. James Church.
