The family of the late Willis Patrick White announce his passing on December 29, 2017 in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 63. He is survived by his wife, Mabel; daughter, Tina Cooney (Chris) and son, Jeffrey Wolfrey (Becky); grandchildren, McKenzie Michelin and Connor Cooney; sisters, Lillian Behymer (Jim) and Jenny Lyall (Terry); brothers, Andy Oliver, Stanley Oliver (Shirley), Valance Oliver and Tommy White. He was predeceased by fathers John White and Lawrence Oliver, mother Flossie Oliver, sister Joan, and brother Junior. Cremation has taken place. Funeral will be conducted on Wednesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the United Church. Rev. Adeniyi officiating. Donations in his memory may be made to the family. Special thanks to the staff at Labrador Grenfell Health Center, and Rev. Benjamin Adeniyi and members of the United Church.
