Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, ARTHUR JOSEPH LEONARD at the age of 84. He will be sadly missed by his children Catherine & Herbert Cole, Marie & Garland Brake, Helen & Lloyd Jones, Gerard & Christine Leonard, Caroline & Glenn Hussey, special grandson Kevin & Lynn Leonard, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; brothers: John Leonard, Thomas Leonard (Edie), Patrick Leonard , sister Kathleen Wells, sisters-in-law: Rona Leonard, Elizabeth Penney (William), Stasia Rhoda and numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Bridget November 22, 2004, son Thomas 1970 and brother James Leonard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 20th at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street Father Bernard Buckle officiating followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
