DORCAS MAUDE GILLINGHAM Pollard’s Point, NL December 17th, 1936 - March 26th, 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dorcas Maude Gillingham announce her passing on Monday, March 26th, 2007 at the Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit, St. John’s at the age of 70 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Randolph, Pollard’s Point; children: Anita Ralph, Pollard’s Point, Randy (Poppy), Ontario, Alvin (Brenda), Mount Pearl and Lawson (Marissa), St. John’s; grandchildren: Blair, Jeremy, Samantha, Amy and Jamie, sisters and brothers: Edna (Claude) Gale, Cormack, Madeline (Truman) Strickland, Sop’s Arm, Leaman (Bernice) Regular, Pollard’s Point, Lloyd (Eileen) Regular, Pollard’s Point, Seavey (Emily) Regular, Sop’s Arm and Mary (Willas) Gale, Alberta. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Roland and Lillian Regular, brother Edward, sisters Pricella and Nell. The family will be receiving friends at St. Michael’s Anglican Church on Wednesday from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 29th at 2:00 PM Rev. Canon David Pearce officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Pollard’s Point. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
