It is with great sadness that the family of the late Allan Arbeau announce his passing on Sunday, March 11th, 2007 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories son David (Paula), Brantford, ON; grandson Nathan Abbey, Brantford, ON; brothers-in-law: Edward (Ruth) Hawkins, Owen Sound, ON, Charles (Margaret) Hawkins, Botwood; sisters-in-law: Mae Hawkins, Grand Bank, Fay Hawkins, Pickering, ON, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by wife Eleanor Arbeau. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday10-12 noon. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, March 14th at 2:00 p.m. from St. George’s United Church. Major Calvin Hillyard officiating. Interment will follow at the United Cemetery, St. George’s. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
