Florence Gladys Hatcher (nee Rideout) Deer Lake, NL (Formerly of Corner Brook) It is with great sadness that the family of the late Florence Hatcher announce her passing on Saturday, March 29th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her son: Alex (Diane) Hatcher, Pynn’s Brook; daughter: Sheila (Terry) Hicks, Labrador City; six grandchildren: Tracy, Christopher, Colleen, Charles, Tara-Lynn and Terry; four great grandchildren: Ryley, Brandon, Ryder and Dakota; sisters: Ruby (Walter) Barrett, Grand Falls-Windsor and Madeline (Elmo) Parsons, Beaumont; brothers: Pierce (Marie) Rideout, Robert’s Arm, Bronson (Irene) Rideout, Beaumont, Alwin (Betty) Rideout, Robert’s Arm, Frank (Mary) Rideout, Deer Lake and Albert (Georgina) Rideout, Beaumont; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband: Charlie Hatcher; son: Albert Hatcher; parents: Ezra and Leah Rideout; and sister-in-law Claudette Rideout. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 P.M. Granting her wishes, there will be no formal service. Prayers for family and friends will take place on Tuesday, April 1st at 1:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Canon Derek Thomas officiating.
