Pieroway, Kenneth, 92, passed away on January 29th, 2007 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre in Stephenville Crossing.Born in St. George’s on Decemeber 22nd, 1914, he was the eldest son of the late George Alfred and Edith May (nee Gilliam) Pieroway. Ken is survived by sisters: Pam (H.B.) Orr, May (D.B.) Dorey and Sonia (A.V.) Comeau, all of Halifax area. He was pre-deceased by his parents and by sisters: Gloria (in childhood), Cora (J.F.) Murphy, Mary (A.G.) DeWolfe; brothers: George Alfred (in childhood), Morgan W. and George Israel. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena. A private family burial to be at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
