GARLAND CALVIN “JUNIOR” BLANCHARD Gillams, NL 	 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Junior Blanchard announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, December 5th, 2006 at his family residence in Gillams at the age of 53 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving and devoted mother Ada Blanchard (nee House) with whom he resided for 53 years. Brothers: Irvin “Joe” (Janet), Lloyd (Wanda), Alvin (Cathy) and Baxter (Mary). Sisters: Patsy (Hubert) Blanchard, Doreen (Jerome) Bennett and Darlene (David) Ruth, his special dog Misty. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Garland Blanchard. Friends may visit St. James’ Anglican Church, Gillams beginning Wednesday at 6:00 PM from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Meadows. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. James’ Anglican Church Memorial Fund, Gillams.
