It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charles Harding announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, on Friday, October 13th, 2006 at the age of 63 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Christine “Sis”; children: Chuck (Tammy), Deer Lake, Cora-Lee (Joe) Bennett, Oshawa, Sharon (fiancee Brad), Deer Lake, and Nancy (Glenn) Squires, Carmanville; 5 grand-daughters: Chelsea, Michayla, Deer Lake, Alexis, Oshawa, Victoria and Candice, Carmanville; brothers: Chesley (Jean), Lab City and William (Flossie), Carmenville; mother-in-law Cora Haines, Deer Lake; brothers & sisters-in-law: Linda (Gerard) Peters, Glen (Lona) Haines, all of Deer Lake, Ivy (Claude) Cullihall, West Lock, AB, Marlane (fiancee Ed) Hampton, Maple, ON and Lori (Wayne) Feltham, Deer Lake, along with a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents: William & Susanna Harding; step-father Dorman Coles; brother Joseph; sisters: Marion, Serena, Florence and Francis. Special friend and father-in-law Raymond Haines; brothers-in-law: Gary Hampton, Theodore Stone and Gerald Tulk and sister-in-law Floretta Harding. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Saturday 7-9 p.m., Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Monday 10-12 noon. The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 16th at 2:30 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Deer Lake. Interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Wight’s Road. Captains Bonnie & Terry Hopkins officiating. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army Club Giggle/Youth Ministry would be greatly appreciated.
