Obituary of William Melvin (Bill) Dwyer
It is with great sadness that the family of the late William (Bill) Dwyer announce his sudden passing on Saturday, September 2nd, 2006 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook. Bill was the last surviving brother of Dwyer Brother's Ltd. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 52 years Doris (nee: Batten), daughter Judy & John (Laing), special niece Elaine & sister-in-law Marina; nieces & nephews: Earminie & Godwin Wagner & family, Don & Edna Dwyer & family, Rodger & Edna Dwyer, Melvin & Sandra Dwyer & family, Elmer & Violet Dwyer & family, Betty & Eugene Pike & family; sisters & brothers-in-law: Gloria & Jerry Robertson, Joyce & Eric Fitzgerald & family, Jean McGinn & family, Barbara & Tom Caines & family, Ruth & Max Patten & family, Ronnie & Verna Batten, Sammy & Marina Batten & family; special friends Jenny & Carl Little as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. Predeceased by parents Michael & Gertrude Dwyer, brothers: Jack, Clarence, Alva & Milton and aunt Minnie Diamond. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 5th at 2:00 p.m. from the Memorial United Church, Curling Street, Reverend Clayton Parsons officiating followed by the interment at Mt.
