FITZGERALD Kevin Michael Corner Brook, NL 1925 - 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Fitzgerald announce his passing on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sisters & brothers: Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Corner Brook, Sheila (Richard) Sova, Michigan, Frank Fitzgerald, Halifax, Jean (William) Murphy, Corner Brook, Patricia (Bryan) Greene, St. John’s and Michael Fitzgerald, Steady Brook; special first cousins: Bettie Duff, Catherine Janson, Patricia Kennedy and Maureen Campbell. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Michael & Bridget Fitzgerald, sister Mary Buckle, brothers Joseph & Roy Fitzgerald. Special thanks to Father Edwin Gale & Sister Sylvia Staples, to Dr. Susan McLeod & staff of Western Memorial Regional Hospital. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 25th at 10:30 Am from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue with Father Edwin Gale officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
