It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vincent Dower announce his sudden passing at his family residence in Conche on Sunday, July 16th, 2006 at the age of 56 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Elaine (nee Hayter); children: Jamie and Carolyn (Andre); sisters Anne and Geraldine (Leo); brother Frank (Mary Ann), and honorary sister Anne Marie, as well as a large circle of other relatives, friends and past students. Predeceased by father Walter; mother Mary Theresa and sister Evangeline (Jim). Friends may visit Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Conche, beginning Tuesday evening and Wednesday, from where the Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, July 20th at 1:30 p.m. Father Joseph Muchena officiating. Interment will follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Association or to the charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home.
