Pasadena, NL The Collins and Whelan families are sad to announce the sudden death of Raymond (Collie) Collins, at home on Saturday, June 26th. Collie's jokes will be lovingly remembered by his family ? his wife Betty and daughter Karen, his brother Terry Collins (Dorothy), his sisters Irene Grace, Beulah Cooper (Harold), Voria Batt (Sam), Myra Joseph (Pat) and Audrey Collins, his sister-in-law Rose Collins. His Whelan Family, mother-in-law Bridget, his brother-in-law Joseph (Elizabeth), Stan (Jane), Jerry (Noreen), Paul (Elaine), Kevin (Jocelyn) and Brendan, his sisters-in-law Rosemary Blagdon (Charlie), Ronne Whelan, Lorraine Wiseman (Winston), and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and friends. Raymond was predeceased by his brother Cecil, special niece Dorothy, and parents Edgar and Hannah. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Third Avenue, Pasadena on Tuesday, June 29, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundations, 9 Main Street, Corner Brook, would be appreciated.
