Obituary of Janet M. Piercey
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Janet Piercey announce her passing at Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health Centre on Monday, June 14th, 2004 in her 87th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories two sons; John (Clara) Piercey & Max (Debbie) Piercey; five grandchildren; Sandra, Elaine, Todd, Jamie and Jason; five great-grandchildren; Chelsea, Ashley, Telia, James and Alex, brother; Henry Simms, as well a circle of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband James Piercey, 1984, brothers; Arthur, Robert, John and Max. Visitation took place from Fillatre's Funeral home Monday 7-9 and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 16th, 2004, at 2:00 pm from St. James Anglican Church with Rev. H. Fudge officiating. Interment followed at St. James Anglican Cemetery.
