It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Tatchell announce his passing on Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, at the age of 71 years. He leaves to mourn his wife Agatha; son Jeremy; sisters: Clara (Arthur) of Castor River South and Nellie of Bartlett’s Harbour; brothers: Joe (Rebecca), Gord and Ike (Nora) of Castor River South; very special nephew Lyman (Edna) and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Winnifred Tatchell, brothers Patrick and Henry, sister Mabel Newcombe, mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary Ann and Edward Rumbolt, brother-in-law Eugene Plowman and sister-in-law Hilda Tatchell. The family received friends at Our Lady of Angel Catholic Church in Castor River South on Thursday and Friday from where the Funeral Service was held on Saturday, February 9th with Fr. Roger officiating. Interment followed at French Cove Cemetery in New Ferolle. As expressions of sympathy, flowers and donations were graciously accepted.
