<p align="center"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;"> </span></p> <p><span>It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Samms announce his passing at his residence on Monday, October 16<sup>th</sup>, 2017 at the age of 62 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his common law partner, Genevieve Bennett; Genevieve’s children: Jeffrey, Wesley and Kirk Bennett and Trina (Kerry) Compagnion; Genevieve’s six grandchildren; brothers James Samms (Gail), Bernard Samms (Nancy) and John Samms (Shelly); Sisters Shirley Samms Prosper (Peter) and Sharlene Samms (Brad); special God Daughter Sharlette Samms; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Wilson and Yvonne Samms; Brothers Kenneth and Paul and Sisters Joan and Betty. Granting his wishes, cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 19<sup>th</sup> at 10:30 Am from Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Benoits Cove , followed by the interment at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous. </span></p>
