Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Irene; son: David (BettyAnn); daughter: Connie (Stacey); grandsons: Brent and Damien; sister: Betty (Don) Wheeler; brothers-in-law: Charles (Sheila) Martyn, Barry (Irene) Martyn, and Mike Brothers; sisters-in-law: Gertrude (Roger) Humber, Margaret Tobin, Marian McMaster, and Anne (Dave) Brennan; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Leonard and Maisie Brake; brother: Ted; parents-in-law: Charlie and Margaret Martyn; sisters-in-law: Connie Brothers and Kathleen Lee; and brothers-in-law: Dave Lee and Terry Tobin. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday, September 27 from the hours of 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home's chapel on Thursday, September 28 at 10:30 am with Father Andrew White officiating.
