Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Doris (Ches), Iris (Albert), Lillian (Wayne), Vivian (Everett), Selby (Joy), and Ivan (Evelyn); 9 grandchildren: Shawn, Jason, Sheri-Ann, Nancy, Brenda, Jessica, Nicole, Graham, and Sheldon; 9 great grandchildren: Brianna, Lucy, Sommer, Rebecca, Whatt, Ethan, Claire, Emily and Scarlet; brothers: Clarence (Louise), and Melvin; sisters: May, Mabel and Joan (Fred); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Selby Ford Janes; parents: Roy and Martha Reid; brother Tim; and sister: Myrtle. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 26 at 2:00 p.m. from the Westside Pentecostal Tabernacle, Elizabeth Street with Pastor Terry Grimes officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
