<p><span>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loved one Terri Rebecca McHugh on Monday October 24th, 2016 at the age of 34. "Little Terri" was a loving, gentle woman who touched the hearts of all who knew her. She had an infectious smile that could light up a room and an enduring spirit that helped her cope with the life she was given. She was truly a gem who was loved by all who knew her. Leaving to morn Terri's passing are her loving family, Foster parents Barbara & Dennis Sheppard who have lovingly cared for Terri for the past 19 years, father Richard McHugh (Sol), Brother Shannon McHugh, Sisters Michelle McHugh and Bobbi Sheppard and step siblings Will Madison, Paul Gilbert, Shelly Gilbert and stepfather Karl Gilbert; Grandmother Bernice Woodrow, Grandparents Bernice & David Sheppard. Uncles Father Terry Boland, Bruce Boland, Bern McHugh (Linda), Carl McHugh (Linda) and Morris Gilbert (Kathy).Aunts Lorraine Patey (Clarence), Dianne Connolly (Bern), Bernadette Pike (Ron), Donna Sheppard (Marty), Kelly Childs (Johnny), Pauline Sheppard (Paul) and Hazel Sheppard (George). Niece Ashley Nash and nephew Jordan Nash, as well as numerous great Aunts and Uncles, cousins, caregivers and friends of the McHugh, Boland, Sheppard and Gilbert families. Predeceased by her loving mother Barbara Gilbert in 2009. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday from 2-4 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 10<sup>th</sup> from St. James Anglican Church in Lark Harbour with burial to follow at the church cemetery. Reverend David Taylor officiating.
