Russell leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Shirley Dennis; Children: Michael (Jean) and Michelle (Clayton) and grandchildren: Marcus, Julia, Brady, Taylor and Shawn, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Special thanks are extended to the extraordinary staff in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Cremation will take place on Sunday, July 2, 2017. A celebration of life will take place at the family home at 16 Hillcrest Rd in Corner Brook on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 2 -4 pm.
