She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband William; children: Elizabeth (Raymond) Riggs, William Brake, Diane (Wayne) Davis, Joy Webb and Tony (Karen) Brake; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Elizabeth Meade; brothers-in-law: Freeman (Maisie) Brake and Stanley Brake; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Madge Barry, brother John (Mae) Barry, infant sons Michael and Gary Brake, sons Stanley and Robert Brake and daughter Madonna Parsons. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 8 at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Andrew White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Bay of Islands SPCA.
