<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late <strong>Roy Maxwell</strong> announce his passing on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 88 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Valcie; children: Terry (Jocelyn), Brian, Pauline, and Darlene (Herb) Johnson; grandchildren: Terri-Jane, Matthew, Jason, and Brandon; sisters in-law Kerry Leggo and Mabel Maxwell; brother in-law Harvey (Bud) Hiscock and a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents John and Gertrude Maxwell; parent&rsquo;s in-law Maude and Wallace Hiscock; brothers: William, Frank, Leslie, John (Minto); sisters Phyllis, Mabel, Grace, and Margaret. Visitation will take place from Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Thursday, May 11, from 7-9 PM and Friday, May 12, 2-4 &amp; 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held from Fillatre&rsquo;s Chapel 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Saturday, May 13, at 11:00 AM with The Very Rev. Baxter D. Park officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or To the Red Cross.
