She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband of 47 years, William; her children: Cora(Don) & Paul(Melanie); her grandchildren: Crystal(Fabian), Tanya(Greg), Dana(Alanna), Ethan & Dylan; her great-grandchildren: Tiffany(Damian), Brandi(Kevin), Brady(Kayla), Scott, Katelyn, Ebony, Logan, Paris, Peyton & Paige; her great-great-grandchildren: Hannah, Nathan & Parker; her brother & sister: Gordon(Marjorie) & Louise(Reg); her brother-in-law & sisters-in-law: Pearl(Sam), Ross(Shirley) & Lily and a large circle of family & friends. She was predeceased by her parents, William & Annie Oxford; her parents-in-law, George & Lydia Wight; her sister, Margaret; her brother, Wilfred; her sisters-in-laws & brothers-in-laws: Mildred, Milton, Ralph, Ray, George & Dave. Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home at 10 Clinic Drive in Deer Lake on Monday, May 1 from 2 – 4 PM and 7 – 9 PM. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, 2PM at the Salvation Army Church in Deer Lake with Major Pike officiating.
