<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jean Gillett announce her passing on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 68 years Everett; children: Rudy (Judy), Elva (Curtis) Janes, Eugene (Linda), Linda (Ross) Mitchelmore, Elmer (Barbara), Sylvia (Darrell) Meade and Bruce (Michelle); brother Calvin (Queen) Pelley; as well as a large circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving son Rodney William Gillett, parents Albert and Jane Pelley, sisters Mary, Lurley, Mazie and Olive, brothers Hughie and Cyril. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 10 at 2:00 p.m. from First Pentecostal Church, Premier Drive with Pastor Larry Soper officiating. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Batstones Road. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
