<p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span lang="EN">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lorraine Mary Canning announce her passing at her family residence in Barachois Brook, NL on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the age of 54 years. She leaves to mourn her husband Thomas; sisters: Dale (Leonard) Young, Barbara (Joseph) King, Deborah Harris, Diane Hall (Eugene Meade) Lisa (Robert) Butt, Martha Hall (Marshall Young); brothers: Alphonsus (Barbara) Hall, Malcolm (Shirley) Hall, Ashley (Tina) Hall); sisters-in-law: Peggy Smith, Joyce (Peter) MacNeil; brother-in-law Roy (Barb) Canning as well as many nieces, nephews other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her parents Alphonsus and Veronica Hall; son Thomas; sister Veronica and brother Marty Hall. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena, NL.  <span style="font-family: Arial;"><span lang="EN">A celebration of Lorraine’s life will take place on Thursday, December 15<sup><span style="font-size: small;">th</span></sup> from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the home of her brother Ashley Hall, 14 Walsh Avenue in Stephenville. </span></span> The Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Parish, St. George’s, NL with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Inurnment will take place following the service in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove, NL. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.</span></span></p>
