<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: medium;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mona Pearl Taylor announce her passing on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 84 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Pauline (Ken) Gabriel, Bill (Karen) Taylor, Debbie (Bruce) White, Maureen (Dave) Doody, Jim (Michele) Taylor and Steven (Connie) Taylor; grandchildren: Chris (Laura) Martin, David (Jennifer) Gabriel, Matthew (Jenn) Gabriel, Brad (Carla) Taylor, Barry (Morgan) Taylor, Meagan (Ben) Anderson-White, Scott (Rene</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&eacute;</span><span style="font-size: medium;">) Doody, Ryan Doody, Andrew, Jessica, Laura and James Taylor; great-grandchildren: Evan and Gavin Taylor, Taylor and Sarah Gabriel, Presley Taylor and Brooke Doody; sisters and brothers: Susie (Alec) Norman, Catherine Bolger, Shirley (Russell) Dennis, Gertie Bartlett, Verna (Ronnie Batten), Sam (Patsy) Parsons, Norm (Bride) Parsons, Gloria (Rol) Blanchard and Cordell Parsons; sisters-in-law: Pansy Goosney and Shirley Taylor; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband James Taylor, grandson Adam Taylor, sisters Olive Whalen and Anita White. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Tuesday, December 13 from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, December 14 at St. Andrews United Church in Woody Point from 10 a.m.-12 noon from where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Wendy Lowden officiating. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Woody Point. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donation may be made to Curling Memorial United Church.
