<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ella Dorothy NOEL, former Mayor of Port au Choix, announce her peaceful passing at the Rufus Guinchard Health Center Port Saunders on Tuesday November 8th at the age of 91 years.</p> <p>She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters: Patricia (Gregory) O'Keefe, Helena (Iram) Moores, and Reba (David) Garner; sons: Brian (Charlie) Noel and Roderick Noel; sister Clarice Barrett; 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; as well as a community of loving family and friends. </p> <p>She was predeceased by husband Roderick Noel, sons: Lomond, William and Maurice; gandson Lomond Jr.; parents Robert and Helena Greening; sisters: May Sweet, Linda Pretty and Ivy Mudge; brothers: Aubrey, Cecil, Max and Frank Greening.</p> <p>The family will be accepting visitors at Fillatre's Funeral Home in Port au Choix on Friday and Saturday 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm and Sunday at St. Thomas Beckett Anglican Church Port au Choix 2-4 & 7-9 pm with a hymn sing at 7:00 pm. A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 14, 2016 at St. Thomas Beckett Church with Rev. Terry Rose officiating.  Interment will take place on Friday, November 25th at 3:30 p.m. at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove.</p> <p>Family and friends may leave messages of condolance or sign the guestbook by visiting the website at www.fillatre.ca.  Arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre Funeral Homes Port au Choix. </p>
