<p align="center">Allison Howard "Al"</p> <p align="center">Dove</p> <p align="center">Corner Brook, NL</p> <p align="center">October 18, 1926 – November 3, 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Allison "Al" Dove announce his passing on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 90 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 70 years Ferne (nee Davis); sons: Randy (Bunty), Ontario and Glenn (Vera), Corner Brook; grandchildren: Paul, Todd, Sonya and Danny; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Scott, Colby, Morgan, Darien, Megan and Lauren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Catherine, parents Jonathan and Lilly, brother Clarence (Francis), sisters Josie (Herbert) and Lucy (Lloyd). A special thank you to Selma Davis and the doctors and staff at Corner Brook Long Term Care. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at the Townsite Anglican Cemetery, Montgomery Street. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
