<p>Passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness, Doreen Dolomount at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Doreen was a very vibrant, active lady who enjoyed life to the fullest. She celebrated her 90<sup>th</sup> birthday on Saturday and danced with many family and friends.&nbsp; She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Dennis (Dulcie), Dan (Debbie), Gertrude (William) Ryan, Christina (Bill Brown) and Jackie (Rick) Chow; grandchildren: Amy (Matt), Peter, (Kerri Lynn), Danny (Ashley), Angela, Jessica (Jeff), Patrick (Sadie), Kate (Travis), Kristin (Nav), Richie and Steven; great-grandchildren: Sadie, Bella, Brock, Jackson, Mitchell, Finley, Hannah, Grace, Mary, Rocky, Warren, Caroline and Jackson; special niece Gertrude Daye; special nephews: Peter Maher and Ron Dolomount; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by the love of her life her husband Percival, son Kevin, parents Edna Gertrude and Daniel Maher, brothers Wilfred, William, Daniel and James Maher, sisters Eileen Pieroway and Maise Oxford. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Sunday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 31 at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Andrew White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
