<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Neil Andrew announce his passing at the Health Sciences Center in St. John&rsquo;s, NL on October 19, 2016 at the age of 31 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Leaving to mourn are his parents, Gregory and Ann Marie Andrew; sisters, Wendy White, Clementine, Olivia, Janice and Marie; brothers, Gregory and Kirk, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.&nbsp;&nbsp; He was predeceased by his brother, Derek and his grandparents.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
