<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Gerald James Ryan announce his sudden passing at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre, Port Saunders on Thursday July 7, 2016 at the age of 49.</p> <p>He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Sonya; sons: Derick and Denver; father Clarence Ryan, stepmother Louise Gaslard, mother Donna Ryan, father-in-law Clyde Biggin and mother-in-law Jerene McGinnis;  brothers: Tony (Anne), Phil (Janet), Ken (Julie), and Clary (Terrilee);  sisters: Rose (Fred), Lauren (Norbert), Daphne (Ken) and Felicity (Stephen); sister-in-law Tracy (David) Williams; seventeen nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; extended Gaslard family and a large circle of family and friends.</p> <p>He was predeceased by his niece Shara Lynn Spence and close friend Derick Gaslard.</p> <p>The family will accept relatives and friends at St. Joseph's RC Church in Port Saunders on Saturday at 7 pm and Sunday at 2-4 and 7-9 pm with family service at 7 pm on Sunday.  Funeral service will be held on Monday at 2 pm with Father Raj officiating.
