<p align="center">Werner W.</p> <p align="center">Schulz</p> <p align="center">Corner Brook, NL</p> <p align="center">1925-2016</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Werner Wolfgang Schulz announce his passing on July 7, 2016 at Corner Brook Long Term Care in his 91<sup>st</sup> year. Werner was born in the Free State of Danzig to Walter Kurt Schulz and Lucia Frieda Sawate. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Charlotte (Schrader), and his brothers Horst and Gerhart. Leaving to mourn are his children Christine and husband Robert Thompson, Halifax, Nova Scotia; Werner and wife Trudy, Corner Brook, Newfoundland; Susan and husband Ralph Killam, Halifax, Nova Scotia; David, Waverely, Nova Scotia; and Anna and husband Stewart Felski, Eganville, Ontario. Also leaving to mourn are his grandchildren Michael, Ian and wife Jennifer, Kevin and partner Matt Lafond, Nicole (Killam) and husband Kris Barkley and Kristian and Jessica Killam. As well, he will be dearly missed by his great-grandchildren Emma and Ethan Felski, Alexander and Abigail Schulz and Lincoln and Avery Killam. Also leaving to mourn are his extended family in Germany: brother Erwin and wife Else and sister Hannelore as well as nieces and nephews. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Sunday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 11 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
