<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ruby Budgell of North West River&nbsp;announce her passins on March 21 2016 at the Long Term Care Facility in Happy Valley Goose Bayat the age of 92 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Anne Budgell, Roland Budgell (Jan Morrison), Richard Budgell, and Susan Budgell Lyall (Ken Lyall), her siblings Rhyna McLean Alistair (Joan Mclean), and Ernie (Audrey) McLean, sisters-in-law: Hazel McLean, Marian McLean, Margie Mclean. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George Budgell, brothers Clarence, Max, Everett, Robert, and sister Merle Roberts. The family wishhes to thank the staff at the Long Term Care Facility for their very professional and caring attention to our mother especially in the last days of her life.</p>
