<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Battcock announce his passing on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his residence at the age of 86 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Anne; children: Judy (Gordie) Blake, Tony, Randy (Stephanie), Ann Marie (Allan) Down, Sheila Battcock (Woody Cooper), Eddie (Sandra), Wanda Baldwin, Mary Lou Battcock (Bert) Squires, Holly Ann (Dave) Callahan; 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Gregory and Margaret Battcock, son Wayne Battcock and his siblings. Cremation has taken place. A service od Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, March 22 at 1:30 PM from the Roman Catholic Church in Goose Bay. Interment at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Local Canadian Cancer Society.
