<p align="center">James</p> <p align="center">Dobbin</p> <p align="center">February 11, 1956 – March 13, 2016</p> <p align="center">Port au Choix, NL</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late James Dobbin announce his passing on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at St. Clare’s Hospital in St. John’s at the age of 60 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Shirley Dobbin; daughters: Jennifer (Desmond) Lavers and Jessica (Travis) Butt; grandsons: Jamie, Landon and Nathan Lavers; granddaughter Spencer Butt; great-granddaughter Luna Lavers; brothers: Jerome (Glenda) Dobbin, Finton Dobbin, Albert (Violet) Dobbin, Wayne Dobbin, Calvin (Madeline) Dobbin and Clifford (Ella) Dobbin; sisters: Stella (Del) Mailman, Deliah (Charlie) Power, Phylis (Gilbert) Hamlyn and Linda (Philip) Coates; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, brothers and sister-in-law and special friends. He was predeceased by his parents Maud and Joseph Dobbin, brother Thomas Dobbin, parents-in-law Madonna and Gerald Hynes, sisters-in-law Martha Dobbin and Susan Sutton. The family will be receiving friends from St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church in Port Au Choix on Thursday, March 17th from 7-9 PM and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM from where funeral service will take place on Monday, March 21st at 11:00 AM with Father Raj officating, Interment to follow at Interfaith Cemetery Sandy Cove.
